Transcend Inc. is seeking a Director of Accounting to lead our accounting operations and a team, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and strong governance. The role reports to the Vice President of Finance and works with senior leaders across functions.

This is a remote, exempt, full-time position based in the United States. Candidates must have valid work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available. PST working hours are preferred.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of SaaS and ASC606.
• CPA credential preferred.

Mansioni

• Scale reporting infrastructure and drive improvements for timelier reporting.
• Manage end-of-period closes, audits, treasury operations, and tax compliance.
• Establish controls to ensure US GAAP compliance and reporting integrity.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit procedures.
