Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant / Financial Controller to support financial reporting, statutory accounting, audit management and compliance across the EMEA region. The role is remote with Poland/UK coverage and a 12-month engagement.

You will manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, US GAAP reporting and tax accounting, coordinate external audits and oversee outsourced accounting teams. Fluent English and experience with Hyperion/HFM and SAP are important.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Significant accounting experience within a multinational organisation.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and statutory financial reporting.
• Proven experience managing external audits and preparing financial statements.
• Strong month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience.
• Knowledge of tax accounting and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing outsourced or shared-service accounting teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
• HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), BlackLine and SAP experience.
• Experience supporting UK entities and EMEA financial operations.
• Experience presenting financial results to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support statutory financial statements and annual external audits.
• Manage month-end closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Own US GAAP balance sheet reporting and corporate financial submissions.
• Perform financial analysis, account reconciliations and variance reviews.
• Oversee outsourced accounting and shared-service operations.
• Manage tax accounting, payroll reconciliations and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors, corporate finance teams and international stakeholders.
• Support corporate governance, board reporting and special accounting projects.
