Job summary

Mirantis seeks a seasoned Senior Account Executive in Poznań to lead new customer acquisition and expansion across the EMEA region. You will own the full sales cycle—from pipeline development to deal closure—navigating multi-stakeholder engagements and building relationships with C-suite executives.

You will work closely with Sales Engineering to craft persuasive business cases that accelerate adoption of Mirantis’ AI Infrastructure platform.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise software sales track record.
• Experience managing full sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to engage C-suite executives.
• Experience in AI infrastructure or cloud/AI platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plan for assigned territory.
• Build pipeline and achieve revenue goals.
• Engage with customers to understand AI/ML requirements.
• Provide strategic insights to influence Mirantis’s product roadmap.
• Draft Statements of Work for AI infrastructure deployments.
• Lead negotiations of commercial terms and contracts.
