Job summary

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Secure Development Platform Engineer to support the evaluation and improvement of AI-powered security solutions. This role is 100% remote and sits at the intersection of application security, software engineering, and generative AI, ensuring tools deliver accurate, reliable, and actionable results.

You will design validation strategies, evaluate AI outputs across SAST/DAST/SCA, and develop testing frameworks for security-focused AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, application security, cybersecurity, or security testing.
• Strong understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, vulnerability management, and security testing tools.
• Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI technologies, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages, along with experience working in CI/CD environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute validation strategies for AI-powered security tools and platforms.
• Evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of AI-generated security outputs.
• Develop testing frameworks and benchmarking methodologies for security-focused AI solutions.
• Validate detection capabilities across SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets detection, and infrastructure security.
• Assess commercial and open-source AI security solutions and provide actionable recommendations.
