Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Secure Development Platform Engineer for a 100% remote role.

You will evaluate and improve AI-powered security solutions at the intersection of application security, software engineering, and generative AI. The position requires 4+ years in security testing, SSDLC proficiency, and hands-on use of SAST/DAST/SCA tools, with strong Python/PowerShell scripting and CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, application security, cybersecurity, or security testing.
• Strong understanding of SSDLC practices.
• Hands-on with SAST, DAST, SCA, vulnerability management, and security testing tools.
• Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong scripting and automation in Python/PowerShell and CI/CD environments.

You will work at the intersection of application security, software engineering, and generative AI, helping ensure security tools deliver accurate, reliable, and actionable results.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute validation strategies for AI-powered security tools and platforms.
• Evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of AI-generated security outputs.
• Develop testing frameworks and benchmarking methodologies for security-focused AI solutions.
• Validate detection capabilities across SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets detection, and infrastructure security.
• Assess commercial and open-source AI security solutions and provide actionable recommendations.

Expectations

• Strong understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
