Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer to join the security team for advancing AI-agentic security testing across the client's product ecosystem.

You will develop and implement AI-driven workflows to identify vulnerabilities and support vulnerability management using cutting-edge AI techniques. Responsibilities include building multi-agent frameworks, fine-tuning LLMs for security domains, and generating large datasets for testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Solution Engineer or Security Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and Rust.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Background in Vulnerability Management.
• Nice to have Knowledge of Security Testing Methodologies.
• Familiarity with Security Testing Tools.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems, tool-use frameworks, and orchestration layers to drive autonomous security testing workflows.
• Develop robust, large-scale security testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines.
• Perform LLM fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA) for security domains.
• Generate and manage large-scale datasets for automated security testing.
• Conduct security testing to identify risks and vulnerabilities in software.
• Provide guidance on AI-driven secure testing with the security team.
• Track AI-specific vulnerabilities and mitigate strategies.
• Contribute to standardization and scaling of automated security testing methodologies.
