Job summary

Focus on SAP, a specialist SAP and ERP recruitment firm, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Lead Consultant to own a critical implementation workstream. The role requires hands-on design, configuration, testing and deployment from scratch, with functional leadership and delivery ownership.

You will take over from an existing consultant and drive the project forward, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring milestones are met in a remote European setting.

Qualifications

Extensive experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay from scratch.
Ability to translate business requirements into compensation and variable pay solutions.
Strong hands-on configuration, testing and deployment expertise.
Experience acting as Functional Lead or Workstream Lead on SF implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
Own functional solution design, hands-on configuration, testing and deployment activities.
Translate business requirements into effective compensation and variable pay solutions.
Identify and resolve configuration issues, delivery risks and outstanding activities.
Take ownership as Functional Lead, manage priorities and deliverables.
