Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to define enterprise platform strategy, govern data, and lead complex integrations across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 4 years in an architecture role.
Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce platform architecture.
Strong integration architecture experience with MuleSoft or equivalent middleware.
Experience in data modelling, ETL/ELT, large-scale migrations and data governance.
Hands-on Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD and multi-org DevOps.
Practical experience using Generative AI and agent-based development tools in software delivery.
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
Desirable: CTA certification, Data Cloud, Field Service, enterprise content management or experience in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

Own Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and custom applications.
Lead development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow and event-driven architecture.
Design integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
Govern data architecture, migrations, quality and integration with enterprise data platforms.
Establish DevOps, CI/CD, release management, security and compliance standards.
Integrate Salesforce AI capabilities and embed Generative AI and agent-based tools into engineering workflows.
Provide technical leadership across distributed teams and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
