Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an experienced Senior Data 360 Consultant/Architect to own the data layer on complex Salesforce engagements. You will bridge current data landscapes with target architectures, enabling scalable, governance-focused solutions across the delivery lifecycle.

You will lead design workshops, drive data modeling and identity resolution, and contribute to pre-sales with scoping and technical presentations. Strong communication and hands-on data platform experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical delivery roles with 2+ years in Data 360 / Data Cloud
• Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant credential
• Strong foundation in data modeling, harmonization, and identity resolution
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT and integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica)
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills for executives
• Nice to have Agentforce Specialist certification or relevant delivery experience
• Familiarity with AI data patterns like RAG, vector stores and search indexing
• Background in Marketing Cloud and Personalization (MCP/Evergage) for journey design

• Practical knowledge of at least one major external data platform (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift)
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementation
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops and executive-level discussions
• Nice to have Agentforce Specialist certification or relevant delivery experience
• Familiarity with AI-oriented data patterns such as RAG, vector stores, and search indexing
• Background in Marketing Cloud and Personalization (MCP / Evergage) for journey and segmentation design
• Understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including Flows, LWC, and Apex
• Awareness of consumption-based licensing models and credit usage optimization
