Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Poland is seeking a remote Sales Support Specialist to back the Sales team with data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budget tracking. You will work with SAP and Excel to prepare regular reports and support commercial decisions.

You will thrive in a detail-oriented role, ensuring data accuracy across customer, order, and financial records, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales support or analytical role.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
• Excellent Polish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations for the Sales Department.
• Analyze business data from SAP and Excel to support commercial decision-making.
• Reconcile and monitor budgets related to additional sales representatives’ expenses.
• Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Sales team.
• Maintain and verify customer, order, sales, and financial data in internal systems.
• Support the flow of information between Sales and Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Monitor order-related processes, deadlines, and irregularities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting quality and data accuracy.
