Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Poland is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the Sales Team remotely. You will analyze data from SAP and Excel, prepare reports, monitor budgets, and support cross‑functional operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent Polish and English, and experience with financial data. Salesforce knowledge is a plus and you’ll collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• experience in a similar sales support or analytical role.
• advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
• experience working with financial files, reports, and business data.
• excellent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• prepare regular reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations for the Sales Department.
• analyze business data from SAP and Excel to support commercial decision-making.
• reconcile and monitor budgets related to additional sales representatives’ expenses.
• provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Sales team.
• maintain, update, and verify customer, order, sales, and financial data in internal systems.
• support the smooth flow of information between Sales and other departments, particularly Finance, Logistics, Marketing and Customer Service.
• monitor order-related processes, deadlines, and irregularities.
• contribute to improvements in reporting quality, data accuracy, and sales support processes.

The Job:

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be part of our Sales Team. You’ll get to:
