Stanley Black & Decker Polska Sp. z o.o. is hiring a Junior eCommerce Commercial Analyst for a hybrid role with 3 days from home and 2 days in Poznań. You will translate commercial plans into financial forecasts and monitor margins across platforms.

You will own Amazon 1P reporting, pan‑EU pricing, and ROI reporting, with weekly and monthly sell‑in/margin reviews. Fluency in Polish and English, plus strong Excel/SAP/Power BI are required, with Python/C/C++ desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analyst roles.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Excel, SAP, Power BI knowledge is mandatory.
• Good to have experience in power queries, Python, C, C++

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial plans into financial plans.
• Monitor margins for Stanley Black & Decker and Amazon.
• Own Amazon 1P reporting activities and transformation projects.
• Weekly reporting on monthly sell-in numbers.
• Own pan-EU 8 Pricing and report on budget utilization at pan-EU8 and MET/ANZ.
• Monthly reporting on Sell-in & margin numbers.
• Own Amazon AVS relationship.
• Create a framework to allow ROI calculation - ROI reporting.
• Own C2S amazon follow-up dashboard including chargebacks.
• Drive reporting offshoring project with corporate teams.
