Job summary

MasterBorn is seeking a growth-minded Product Manager to join our Polish team. You will attend meetings with Product Owners and stakeholders, gather client requirements, and help maintain the product roadmap.

You will lead a tech team of developers, QA, and designers, shape business processes, and participate in workshops. Strong Polish and English (C1) and familiarity with AI-driven solutions are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management.
• Excellent Polish and English (both C1) proficiency.
• Experience working with tech teams (developers, designers).
• Knowledge about SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Gather requirements from clients and maintain the product roadmap.
• Lead a tech team of developers, QA, and Product Designers.
• Describe business processes and extract client requirements.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with external clients.
