Job summary

Customertimes is a global digital engineering and technology consulting company seeking an SAP HCM consultant. You will analyze, modify, and troubleshoot SAP Business Workflows for ESS/MSS and support the full scope of leave, time management, and HR data.

You will work with ABAP readers, Web Dynpro/NW Portal, and NWBC self-service delivery, handling incidents and changes with strict SLAs while ensuring high-quality service to HR and managers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting or support on SAP ECC.
• Strong SAP Business Workflow skills: SWDD, containers/bindings, PFAC, start conditions, event linkage, SWI1/SWI2_FREQ.
• Solid knowledge of ESS/MSS on ECC incl. leave and time management integration.
• Ability to read ABAP and debug to isolate root causes.
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver Portal or NWBC self-service delivery.
• Experience in a ticket-based support environment with SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, modify, and troubleshoot SAP Business Workflows supporting ESS/MSS processes.
• Configure and support full ESS/MSS scope: leave, time, personal data, organizational views.
• Handle incidents and changes end-to-end: root-cause analysis, testing, transport, and user communication.
