Job summary

Team Up seeks an SAP HCM Consultant to support international customers, balancing application support, system configuration, and SAP HCM transformation projects. You will handle PA and PY configurations, OM considerations, and FI/CO integration while contributing to migrations and rollouts.

The role requires German and English at least B2 and willingness to travel for extended project phases. Remote work with some office meetings is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of SAP HCM consulting or support.
• Hands-on configuration in SAP HCM or SAP HCM for S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of PA and PY.
• Understanding of OM, personnel cost planning, and FI/CO integration.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects.
• German and English at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and consulting for SAP HCM and SAP HCM for S/4HANA.
• Analyze incidents, business requirements, and change requests.
• Configure and improve Personnel Administration and Payroll processes.
• Support Time Management, Organizational Management, and personnel cost planning.
• Maintain integration between SAP HCM and FI/CO.
• Contribute to migrations, rollouts, and system transformation projects.
• Implement changes related to German payroll, tax, and social security regulations.
• Prepare documentation and conduct workshops or user training.
