Craftsman+ (social board) is looking for a Rich Media Designer to join their global team. This freelance role involves translating client direction into engaging interactive ads, managing campaigns, and leveraging AI tools.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in creative agencies and must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, along with a strong portfolio. This position offers unlimited PTO and the chance for a full-time conversion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in creative or advertising roles focused on interactive ads.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and animation skills.
• Experience with image compression and best practices for asset extraction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.
• Write various types of online content to enhance brand visibility.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to drive improvements.
