Job summary

CapsLock is looking for a Senior AI Creative Designer to produce high-quality AI-generated visuals aimed at improving conversion rates across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and landing pages. You will work at the intersection of creative storytelling, generative AI, and performance marketing, delivering visuals from static ads to photorealistic human imagery.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in design or creative digital marketing
• Experience with AI image generation platforms producing photorealistic visuals
• Strong visual sense: composition, lighting, realism and human anatomy
• Cross-platform integration with traditional design pipelines (Figma, Adobe)
• Stays current with AI news and testing new tools

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated visuals for performance marketing across paid media and landing pages
• Produce photorealistic human imagery, lifestyle scenes, and product visuals
• Retouch and extend imagery from source materials using AI tools
• Generate multiple creative variations for testing and scaling
• Ensure assets follow brand guidelines and product requirements
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and video editors to align visuals with messaging and funnel logic
• Document tasks in ClickUp per team standards
