Job summary

Paired is seeking an AI Graphic Designer to own end-to-end static and lifestyle ad creative for Google Ads campaigns. You will research audiences, define personas, craft angles, then design, generate, and ship assets at high volume while optimizing for direct response performance.

The role blends creative strategy with AI tools to deliver scalable, data-driven ads that convert. Fully remote with flexible hours and rapid deployment on live ad spend.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing static ecommerce ads for Google (GDN, Demand Gen, PMax).
• Strong grasp of Google static formats: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1, native display sizes.
• Portfolio showcasing direct response / performance-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Own static and lifestyle ad creative across Google Display Network (GDN), Demand Gen, and Performance Max (PMax) end-to-end.
• Research the market, define target avatars/personas, and identify creative angles.
• Concept, design, generate, and ship ad creative independently.
• Build direct response static ads designed to convert cold, top-of-funnel traffic, not just visually clean creative.
• Pair static ads with advertorials as part of the funnel.
• Build lifestyle imagery tailored for PMax and Demand Gen placements.
• Produce creative at volume across the full Google static format set (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1, and native display sizes).
• Read and interpret performance data to identify what's converting.
• Continuously test, volume, and variation and iterate based on results.
