Job summary

Digital Ride is seeking a direct response video editor to craft performance-focused ads for top 8- and 9-figure brands. Work remotely with a creative pod, edit UGC and performance creatives for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, and leverage an in-house AI toolset to generate assets as needed.

You will analyze hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and CPA with the team, iterate quickly, and contribute new formats and angles to campaigns.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of direct response or ecommerce ads with measurable results.
• 2+ years with Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar.
• 1+ year making ecommerce ads.
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools for video, avatars or music.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Reels; must know what stops scrolling.
• Speed to produce high-volume edits without quality drop.
• Ability to take feedback and apply it quickly.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Bonus: motion graphics or graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct response video ads every week across several brands.
• Turn briefs and raw UGC into scroll-stopping ads: hooks, pacing, captions, b-roll, proof and offer.
• Build hook and format variations of winning ads for scaling.
• Create AI-generated assets when concept calls for it, including animations, avatars and songs.
• Read ad metrics with the team and iterate on what's working.
• Bring ideas to creative brainstorms; explore new formats and trends.
• Organize and manage inbound content from creators.
