Job summary

eSky Group, a global travel-tech leader with brands such as eSky, eDestinos and Thomas Cook, seeks a data-driven pro to own Revenue Assurance and Margin Optimization. You will root-cause revenue leakage, recover lost funds from refunds and disputes, and craft pricing insights to maximize profitability of Flight + Hotel packages.

You will report across Finance, CX, Operations, Commercial, Product and IT, building dashboards and automating processes to scale solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of transaction economics, refunds, settlements, and revenue leakage.
• Advanced Excel and the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
• Curious, self-driven mindset for solving problems with minimal guidance.
• Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Fluent English and openness to using AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Assurance & Margin Optimization: identify sources of revenue leakage and drive recovery initiatives.
• Backlog Management: maintain a structured backlog of revenue recovery opportunities.
• Process Auditing: review booking, billing, and pricing workflows to enforce compliance.
• Automation: partner with Product and Tech to reduce manual processes and scale solutions.
• Reporting & BI: track KPIs on recovered revenue and operational error rates for senior management.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect Finance, CX, Operations, Commercial, Product and IT to resolve leaks.
