Job summary

Sabre is seeking a talented Sr. Data Science Engineer to join the Sabre Data Intelligence & Research team.

We blend mathematics, ML, Generative AI, and MLOps to power Sabre’s travel marketplace across pricing, optimization, and operations. In this role you will drive POCs in the Media space, design end-to-end AI systems, mentor junior data scientists, and collaborate with leaders to align roadmaps with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, or Operations Research.
• Advanced degree with strong research background and proven track record of innovation.
• Agile Software Development experience, moving models from research to production.
• AI/ML expertise including DL, RL, and NLP.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy data intelligence pipelines and ML models into Sabre’s platforms.
• Drive research and innovation for next-gen travel domain ideas, including AI-driven automation.
• Design AI systems leveraging LLMs for internal tools and conversational commerce.
• Migrate legacy automation logic to modern GCP-based AI architectures.
• Define ML lifecycle policies to ensure high-fidelity model performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering rigorous experimentation.
