Job summary

eSky Group is seeking a Senior Process Specialist to optimize revenue, profitability, and processes for Flight + Hotel packaging. The role emphasizes eliminating revenue leakage, improving margins, and creating scalable processes with Finance, Product, CX and Technology, in a hybrid/remote-from-Poland setup.

Based in Katowice with hybrid or Poland-wide remote options, the role involves backlog management, process audits, automation initiatives, and KPI reporting, reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of transaction economics, refunds, settlements, and revenue leakage.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
• Curious, self-driven mindset comfortable solving problems without a predefined playbook.
• Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Fluency in English.
• Openness to using AI tools to optimize everyday workflows.
• Experience in e-commerce/travel/OTAs, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Assurance & Margin Optimization: identify sources of revenue leakage and drive recovery initiatives.
• Margin Enhancement: suggest price-padding strategies and pricing adjustments.
• Backlog Management: maintain and prioritize revenue recovery opportunities.
• Process Auditing: review booking, billing, and pricing workflows to catch errors and improve efficiency.
• Workstream Automation: partner with Product and Tech to reduce manual processes.
• KPI Tracking: produce reports on recovered revenue and billing accuracy.
• Executive Insights: highlight risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
