Job summary

Ledgebrook, a rapidly growing InsurTech MGA, seeks a Reinsurance Operations Specialist for its fully remote Operations Team. You will support brokers, data, finance and claims, handling contract setup to settlement, while driving process improvements and data accuracy.

You’ll gain exposure to multiple reinsurance contracts and collaborate cross-functionally across geographies, contributing to scalable, compliant operations and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Minimum 3 years in reinsurance with brokered placements.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proactive, customer-centric mindset and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret reinsurance contract terms for clarity and compliance.
• Enter, update, and validate contract information in the company system.
• Maintain contract records and lifecycle updates with audit trails.
• Check claim coverage, treaty/risk limits; process data with Claims/Accounting.
• Verify and process claim settlement requests and administrative queries.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve with internal teams.
