Job summary

SolDevelo is seeking a Product Manager to lead the open-source Warehouse Management System (WMS) used in healthcare supply chains across 11 countries. You will own product strategy, collaborate with the client’s Operations Systems team and a developers/QAs group to deliver impactful improvements.

You will coordinate feature design, roadmap planning, bug triage, and integrations while driving adoption and success metrics.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of combined experience and education in product management, supply chain, or healthcare operations.
• 2-3 years as product manager or business analyst.
• Strong end-to-end delivery skills from scoping to delivery.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with roadmap development and prioritization.
• Experience with user discovery and business process mapping.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English skills C1 or higher.
• Polish skills C1 or higher.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as product manager and primary business analyst for the WMS app, leading a team of developers and QAs to deliver updates and features.
• Design new features, lead ticket specification and estimation, and coach team members.
• Lead the annual roadmap development process for the WMS app.
• Triage bugs and requests with the support and implementation teams and plan them into development cycles.
• Manage integrations between WMS and other software used across client operations.
• Develop feature adoption plans for quarterly releases and track adoption metrics.
• Engage with open-source and digital health communities through conferences and collaborations.
• Support funding opportunities and deliver grant-funded commitments on time and with quality.
