Job summary
SolDevelo Limited in Gdynia is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the open-source Warehouse Management System (WMS) for a global healthcare client. You will shape product strategy, collaborate with the client’s Operations Systems team, and guide a team of developers and QA specialists to deliver quarterly improvements across 11 countries.
You will own end-to-end delivery, manage roadmaps, run discovery, translate complex tech for non-technical stakeholders, and champion adoption.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years in product management or healthcare operations.
- 2–3 years as product manager or business analyst.
- End-to-end delivery from scoping to delivery.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with roadmaps and prioritization.
- Experience with user discovery and process mapping.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- English C1 or higher.
- Polish C1 or higher.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Act as product manager for the WMS app with a team of 8 developers and QAs.
- Design features, write specs, and coach team in ticket creation.
- Lead the annual roadmap development for the WMS app.
- Triage bugs and plan them into the development cycle.
- Manage integrations between WMS and other software.
- Develop feature adoption plans and track adoption metrics.
- Engage with digital health and open-source communities.
- Support funding opportunities and grant commitments.
