Hyland is seeking a Product Manager to drive the evolution of Automate Core, the foundational engine powering the Automate and Content Innovation Cloud ecosystem. You will shape the strategy for core non-functional platform services, enabling enterprise outcomes like scalable multi-tenant operations and secure workflows.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in complex environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering robust platform or core system capabilities from ideation to launch.
• Deep empathy for the core platform user, specifically Business Analysts who build and manage workflows.
• Exceptional ability to operate independently and align inbound/outbound PM responsibilities with market expectations for internal products.
• Solid experience with distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS environments, security and compliance standards.
• High proficiency in partnering with engineering and architecture teams to solve complex problems.
• Hands-on experience building or scaling shared services and understanding core system trade-offs for scalability.

Responsabilités

• Define the vision and road map for Automate Core, prioritizing investments based on pillars like reliability, multi-tenancy, security by design and cost efficiency.
• Act as the primary PM for internal engineering teams and platform consumers, validating problems via evidence and feedback.
• Collaborate with PM, Engineering Manager and Delivery Manager, work with Architecture to define standards and ensure long-term resilience.
• Drive features for evergreen automation, safe upgrades, backward compatibility and customer-controlled data architectures.
• Coordinate across EU/US stakeholders to align with the CIC strategy.
