DoiT International is seeking a Product Operations Analyst - Product Analytics to join our Global Product Management team. This fully remote role supports measurement, analytics foundations, and AI-driven insights to ensure decisions are grounded in reliable signals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
• Experience working closely with digital product teams and influencing decisions through data.
• AI-first mindset with practical understanding of how AI reshapes analytics workflows, including guardrails and trust.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain event taxonomy, tracking standards, and instrumentation quality.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards for product teams.
• Document clear metric definitions as a shared source of truth.
• Leverage AI to unlock insights from signals.
• Work with Mixpanel, Segment, Looker to ensure accurate reporting.
• Structure and analyze Voice of the Customer inputs (e.g., support, churn, NPS).
• Support data quality through testing, monitoring, and automation.
• Deploy AI tools to differentiate our data.
