Job summary

Leadtech is seeking a Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will work with the Project Manager to define product usability, requirements and prioritization, and execute analyses of users and companies to identify trends and opportunities to improve the product.

We value strong English, excellent analytical skills, and experience with data tools. The role offers flexible hours and the option to work remotely or from our Barcelona office, along with a supportive growth environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of data analysis and reporting experience, data management, collection, design and presentation.
• Know-how of analytics platforms and using data/tools to guide decisions.
• Familiar with Python and SQL; experience with Databricks, Tableau and Amplitude.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience running A/B tests.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and marketing to extract impactful insights.
• Nice-to-have BI/Data tools experience in B2C contexts.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BI, infra and data engineering to optimise reporting and data accuracy.
• Monitor KPI and product performance daily to inform decisions.
• Explore data to identify trends, opportunities and problems to improve the product.
• Define and execute recurring and ad hoc performance reports (LTV, ROI, retention, unit economics).
• Recommend and analyse multivariate experiments.
