Job summary

RubyPlay is seeking an Accounting & Priority ERP Specialist to optimize finance processes using Priority ERP across the group. The role focuses on strengthening consolidation and period-end closing and expanding the team’s ERP expertise.

You’ll work remotely with a Warsaw base, bringing 5+ years in accounting, strong Priority ERP knowledge, IFRS understanding, and solid month-end close skills. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting experience, including 2+ years in a senior role.
• Strong working knowledge of Priority ERP is a must.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS).
• Technical proficiency across the full month-end close cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent Priority ERP usage across all group companies.
• Identify ERP gaps and propose improvements.
• Share Priority ERP knowledge within Finance to raise proficiency.
• Review postings to ensure correct account coding and period allocation.
• Investigate reconciling items and escalate material items.
• Suggest corrections to JE postings to ensure IFRS presentation.
