Job summary

Demant Polska is seeking an ERP Finance Solution Specialist to drive implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of our ERP system within the finance area. You will work closely with finance stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions that streamline and standardize financial processes.

This role offers a hybrid work model with our modern office in Szczecin City Center, opportunities for international travel, and strong learning and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of financial systems, finance processes, and accounting principles.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (AX 2012 / D365 F&O preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyse, and clarify business requirements related to ERP solutions.
• Translate business needs into system configurations, functionalities, and process improvements.
• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of financial systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Work closely with technical teams on system configuration, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Support the migration of financial data to the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions and user guidance for finance teams on ERP functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user procedures.
• Provide day-to-day support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and helping optimize system usage.
• Support system customizations to meet specific finance requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, usability, and efficiency.

As an ERP Finance Solution Specialist, you will play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of our ERP system within the finance area. You will work closely with finance stakeholders and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions that streamline and standardize financial processes.

• Have solid knowledge of financial systems, finance business processes, and accounting principles.
• Have strong technical experience with ERP systems (AX 2012 / D365 F&O preferred).

• Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Are comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams and contributing to project delivery.

Due to the scope of work across different countries, occasional international travel may be required.
