RubyPlay is seeking an Accounting & Priority ERP Specialist to optimize Priority ERP usage across the company, improving finance processes and supporting consolidation and period-end closing. The role centers on strengthening ERP expertise within the Finance team.

You will maintain ERP across all group companies, identify inefficiencies, and share knowledge to raise proficiency. Remote-first flexibility, growth opportunities, and competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including IFRS exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Priority ERP required.
• Solid understanding of IFRS standards.
• Fluent English and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Priority ERP across all group companies with proper journal entries and documentation.
• Identify gaps in ERP setup and propose improvements.
• Support month-end close and consolidation processes.
• Review postings for correct account coding and period allocation.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.
