Genpact is seeking a Specialist – F&A – R2R to handle month-end close, reporting, and consolidations.

You will ensure KPIs are met, prepare balance sheets, perform intercompany activities, and drive process improvements in a fast-moving, AI-enabled finance environment at Genpact.

Remote Polish operations offer exposure to global clients and cross-functional collaboration with accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Master’s degree in finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Month-end closing activities.
• Reporting & consolidations.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs/SLA and timely controls.
• Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence.
• Produce quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements.
• Review and posting of month-end journal entries.
• Perform month-end close activities.
• Prepare and review the balance sheet.
• Accounts reconciliations and intercompany processes.
