Sii Poland is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist/Architect to design governance and enforce a secure, manageable platform structure. You will establish DTAP environments and ALM processes, while implementing CI/CD via Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps.

This remote role offers collaboration with a skilled team and impactful projects. Required are 5+ years with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), governance expertise, and strong stakeholder communication in

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
• Strong expertise in governance controls and Power Platform environments
• Experience designing DTAP environments and ALM
• Hands-on with Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps including CI/CD
• Configure governance policies, security controls and access management
• Knowledge of platform administration, monitoring and compliance tooling
• Experience managing Power Platform estates (apps, flows, workspaces, reports)
• Strong stakeholder communication skills in English and Polish
• Residency in Poland

Aufgaben

• Implement DTAP environments across Power Apps, Power BI and AI agents with clear access controls
• Design and enforce governance for the Power Platform including workspace management
• Configure governance controls and validate compliance through formal approvals
• Establish and maintain ALM using solutions, source control and deployment pipelines
• Implement CI/CD processes with Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps
• Manage platform security and administration including access management and compliance controls
• Introduce operational ownership practices like application inventory and lifecycle management
• Develop governance documentation and provide training for sustainability
