Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist/Architect to join a governance-focused team. The role is remote within Poland and includes establishing DTAP environments and ALM processes across Power Platform.

You will implement CI/CD, manage security and access controls, and develop governance documentation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), strong governance skills, and fluent Polish and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong governance controls and environment management skills.
• Experience designing DTAP environments and ALM.
• CI/CD with Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to configure governance, security controls, and access management.
• Platform administration, monitoring, and compliance tooling.
• Experience remediating existing Power Platform estates.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in Polish and English; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operationalize DTAP environments across Power Apps, Power BI, and AI agents with access controls and release processes.
• Design and enforce governance for the Power Platform, including connector policies and workspace management.
• Configure and validate governance controls for compliance and approval workflows.
• Establish and maintain ALM using solutions, source control, and deployment pipelines.
• Implement CI/CD processes with Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Manage platform security and administration, including access management and compliance.
• Introduce operational ownership practices, including application inventory and lifecycle management.
• Develop governance documentation and provide training for sustainability.
