Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist/Architect to join a governance‑oriented, remote team. You will design and implement DTAP environments and ALM processes to ensure secure, manageable platform operations.

In this hands‑on role you will enforce policies, configure CI/CD pipelines with Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps, and provide training to sustain governance across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Qualifications

Hands-on Power Platform governance experience required.
Experience with DTAP environments and ALM processes.
CI/CD with Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Implement DTAP environments across Power Apps, Power BI, and AI agents with access controls.
Design and enforce governance for the Power Platform including policies.
Configure governance controls and manage approvals for exceptions.
Establish and maintain ALM using solutions, source control, and pipelines.
Implement CI/CD processes with Power Platform Pipelines and/or Azure DevOps.
Oversee platform security, access management, and compliance tooling.
Promote operational ownership, including inventory and lifecycle management.
Create governance documentation and provide training for sustainability.
