Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist/Architect to lead governance and DTAP implementations across Power Apps, Power BI, and AI agents. This remote role focuses on establishing robust ALM, release processes, and secure access controls while enabling scalable deployments.

You will drive policy enforcement, security configurations, and documentation, collaborating with stakeholders in Poland and beyond to ensure governance meets business needs and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience implementing governance controls and managing Power Platform environments.
• Experience designing DTAP environments and ALM processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps (CI/CD).
• Ability to configure governance policies, security controls, and access management.
• Familiarity with platform administration, monitoring, and compliance tooling.
• Experience remediating existing Power Platform estates (apps, flows, workspaces, reports).
• Strong communication with stakeholders to balance business and governance needs.
• Fluent Polish and English; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operationalize DTAP environments across Power Apps, Power BI, and AI agents with access controls and release processes.
• Design governance for the Power Platform, including connector policies and workspace management.
• Configure and validate governance controls to ensure compliance and manage exceptions via formal approvals.
• Establish and maintain ALM using solutions, source control, and deployment pipelines.
• Implement CI/CD processes with Power Platform Pipelines and/or Azure DevOps.
• Manage platform security and administration, including access management and compliance controls.
• Introduce operational ownership practices, including application inventory and lifecycle management.
• Develop governance documentation and provide training for sustainability of the model.
