Sii Poland is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist/Architect to join a governance-focused team. This remote role involves designing and implementing DTAP environments, ALM processes, and robust governance controls across Power Apps, Power BI, and AI agents.

You will lead policy enforcement, security, and workspace management while enabling CI/CD via Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps, ensuring compliant, scalable solutions for enterprise projects with Polish and English

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience designing and enforcing governance controls across Power Platform environments.
• Proficient in DTAP, ALM, and CI/CD practices.

Aufgaben

• Implementing DTAP environments with clear access controls and release processes.
• Designing and enforcing governance policies for Power Platform.
• Configuring and validating governance controls to ensure compliance and manage exceptions.
• Establishing and maintaining ALM using solutions, source control, and deployment pipelines.
• Implementing CI/CD processes with Power Platform Pipelines and/or Azure DevOps.
• Managing platform security and administration, including access management and compliance controls.
• Introducing operational ownership practices, including application inventory management and lifecycle management.
• Developing governance documentation and providing training to ensure the sustainability of the governance model.
