Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist/Architect to lead governance and delivery for a secure, manageable platform. You will design DTAP environments, implement ALM, and drive CI/CD using Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps, with remote collaboration across teams.

You will ensure access controls, workspace policies, and compliance across Power Apps, Power BI, and AI agents, while providing training and governance documentation for lasting impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong governance controls experience across Power Platform environments.
• Experience designing DTAP environments and ALM processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of pipelines and CI/CD with Power Platform/Azure DevOps.
• Ability to configure governance policies, security controls and access management.
• Experience with platform administration, monitoring and compliance tooling.
• Stakeholder communication to balance business needs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operationalize DTAP environments across Power Apps, Power BI, and AI agents with access controls.
• Design and enforce governance for the Power Platform, including workspace management.
• Configure governance controls and manage approvals for exceptions.
• Establish and maintain ALM using solutions, source control and deployment pipelines.
• Implement CI/CD processes with Power Platform Pipelines and/or Azure DevOps.
• Manage platform security and administration, including access management.
• Introduce operational ownership, including application inventory and lifecycle management.
• Develop governance documentation and provide training for sustainability.
