Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and well organized.
• IT Literate with an emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to be flexible, self-motivated, and work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cash and Positions Reconciliations, ensuring timely accurate output.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal service departments and clients.
• Converse with internal departments to resolve fund issues.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Escalate issues to Portfolio Accounting Supervisor and Manager.
• Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks.
• Meet pre-agreed internal and external deadlines consistently.
• Maintain HedgeServ’s client-focused ethos.
