Job summary

HedgeServ seeks a Treasury Associate in Kraków to support daily wire transactions, perform portfolio and collateral reconciliations, and assist in cash management conversations with senior fund personnel. The role provides exposure to a wide range of financial products and regulatory developments within a growing global firm.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business, are fluent in English, and bring strong analytical, multi-tasking and communication

Qualifications

• Fluent English skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily wire transaction workflow for clients.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform portfolio and collateral reconciliations.
• Perform daily position reconciliations and assist in break resolution.
• Communicate with clients regarding systems and transaction queries.
• Collaborate with Middle Office, Nav, IT and Investor Service teams.
