Job summary

Kodland is an international digital skills platform for children aged 7 to 17, operating in over 40 countries. We are a dynamic startup offering growth and career development opportunities.

We seek a full-time candidate who can work from home, including weekends, with a stable internet connection and a Windows or Mac computer. Fluent Polish or high client communication skills are essential; CRM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contacting clients via phone and other channels to sign them up for a trial lesson.
• Providing information about products/services and answering questions.
• Ensuring clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons.
• Supporting clients through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Contacting clients via phone and other communication channels to sign them up for a trial lesson.
• Providing information about products/services, answering client questions and concerns, and resolving them effectively.
• Ensuring clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons.
• Supporting clients throughout the process of enrolling in our school.

Requirements

What makes you the best candidate?

• You can work full-time (hours are very flexible, but you must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays);
• You have a Windows or Mac computer/laptop and a stable internet connection;
• You are fluent in Polish or have a professional level of communication with clients;
• Knowledge of CRM systems will be an additional advantage.
