Kodland is hiring remote Sales Representatives to present trial programming lessons via Zoom to parents and children. You will guide families through engaging, hands-on coding exercises and help students develop essential IT skills.

No coding background needed—training is provided. The role is fully remote with growth opportunities and employee discounts. Alternative collaboration options include a B2B contract with incubator support.

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport with children and parents.

• Experience in sales, customer service, teaching, presenting, training, or coaching preferred.
• You must have a Windows or Mac computer and a good internet connection.

We are Kodland , an international online programming school for children and young people. We teach children in over 40 countries, with a student count exceeding 15,000 and over 700 professional teachers. Our course programmes are developed by teachers with extensive professional experience in the field of computer science and delivered by qualified instructors. Our goal is to provide students with knowledge about sought-after IT professions and to prove that a computer can become a powerful tool for personal development. Kodland is growing rapidly and expanding its operations worldwide. We are currently working on new markets and are looking for professionals who are ready to join our team.

What are we looking for?

• Sales Representatives who are responsible for presenting trial programming lessons through Zoom calls with parents and their children.
• These lessons last between 40 minutes and 1 hour and involve guiding a child (accompanied by a parent) through short, fun, and hands‑on programming exercises that will help the child develop the skills needed to thrive in today's world.
• Don't know how to code? Don't worry — we provide all the necessary training!

Requirements
