Solventum in Poland is seeking a Country Sales Manager, Dental Solutions, to lead its dental business across Restorative & Prevention and Orthodontics. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage territory, and collaborate with regional teams in a dynamic, matrix organization.

The role requires a degree, at least five years of commercial leadership in healthcare or FMCG, and fluent Polish and English. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 20% domestically are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field with at least five years of commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of sustainable growth in healthcare—and/or FMCG—with forecasting and budget-management capability.
• Experience building high-performing teams, coaching talent, stakeholder management, negotiations.
• Fluent Polish and English, entrepreneurial mindset, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue, profit, and market-share objectives across Restorative & Prevention and Orthodontics portfolios.
• Lead and develop the Dental sales organization, driving performance and a culture of compliance.
• Manage commercial activities across Poland, including territory planning, forecasting, budgeting, KAM, channel optimization, and negotiations with customers and distributors.
• Drive engagement with dental professionals and institutions to accelerate adoption and growth.
