ArkTalents is seeking a Sales Manager to support its distributor network in Poland and develop local sales for dental products. The role involves building strong relationships with distributors, visiting laboratories, clinics, hospitals, and other customers with partners, and promoting the full portfolio including 3D printing equipment, materials, and digital dentistry solutions.

Formación

• Around 3 years of sales experience in the dental industry.
• Knowledge of dental distributors in Poland and how they operate.
• Fluent Polish and good English for communication with the regional team.
• Education or experience in marketing, dentistry, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with existing dental distributors and support their sales activities.
• Visit dental laboratories, clinics, hospitals, and other customers with distributor partners.
• Present products, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Help develop local sales plans and meet agreed targets.
• Support distributors with product, service, and commercial enquiries.
• Share market feedback, pricing information, and competitor insights with the regional team.
• Coordinate product information, training, and sales support with colleagues based in China.
• Help introduce and promote new product lines in Poland.

Conocimientos

Sales experience in dental industry

Knowledge of Polish dental distributor

Fluent Polish
