Job summary

Jit Team seeks an Engineering Project Management Office Specialist to support System Project Leads in High Voltage Power Electronics projects. You will drive planning, resource and budget tracking, KPI monitoring, and lessons learned documentation while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Articles include organizing governance, preparing client reports, and facilitating workshops. You’ll work with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Jira, and Azure DevOps in a collaborative global environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer).
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO/EPMO, or engineering project support.
Experience in engineering product development environment.
Understanding of product development processes in automotive, power electronics, embedded systems or related industries.
Experience with project planning, scheduling, resource management, and budget tracking.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience creating/managing project KPIs and performance reports.
Proficiency with MS Office—Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; experience with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Support planning and tracking of engineering activities; maintain project plans.
Track resources and budget.
Prepare customer meetings and internal project reports.
Create and monitor KPIs.
Maintain lessons learned records and coordinate retrospectives.
Support audits with System Project Lead and core engineering team.
Provide guidance through templates, processes, and training.
