Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Poland seeks a proactive project management support specialist to help coordinate project controlling, KPIs, meetings, and communications. You will assist planning, budgeting, resource management, and document preparation to enable smooth project execution.

The role requires English fluency (C1), German (B2), a university degree, and solid knowledge of PM methods. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a proactive, analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1) and good German (B2) language skills.
• University degree in IT, Management or related field.
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and maintenance of project controlling documents and lists.
• Assist in preparing project-related KPIs and follow-up of meetings.
• Provide operational support to projects and monitor progress.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Coordinate appointments, take minutes, and prepare decision templates.
• Collect and consolidate project communications and retrospectives.
