Job summary

PwC Polska is expanding its PMO and consulting services, seeking a Senior Project Specialist fluent in German and English. You will lead PMO activities for Poland, Germany and elsewhere, delivering status reports, risk and decision logs, and facilitating key meetings.

You will supervise a small PMO team and develop templates, tools and processes to manage schedules, costs and risks while advising on next steps. A university degree and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Strong verbal and written communication in German and English (mandatory).
• 2-4 years of experience within PMO or 1-3 years of experience in Project Management and project management knowledge, especially related to planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced communication skills enabling clear, structured dialogue with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Delivering regular status reports, risk, issue, and decision logs.

• Establishing shared document repository, tools and templates to manage schedule, cost, risk, change, communication and other project constraints.
• Working on challenges that matter—supporting clients and organizations in making better decisions and actively shaping the future.

• Readiness to take decisions based on business understanding.
• Skills needed to provide constructive feedback to peers, team members and to broader stakeholders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI based tools in your day to day work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation).
• Good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint and/or G Suite applications.

Nice to have

• Project Management and/or other related certificates (e.g. Agile Practitioner and/or Agile Coach).
• Experience in using PM tools (e.g. Jira, monday).
• Conflict solving skills, ability to support others' professional development and experience in people and team management.
