MagentaTeam is looking for a Senior PMO Specialist with German to join our T Hub. This remote role involves occasional in-person meetings at our HQ in Poland and requires strong German (B2+) and English.

You will support the setup and day-to-day operations of the PMO across strategic programs, coordinate stakeholder activities, and prepare status reports and KPI dashboards. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office, plus strong analytical and governance skills, will help you

Qualificações

• Experience in PMO, project coordination, project support, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of project and programme management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project reporting and KPI tracking.
• Ability to consolidate and analyze project data from multiple sources.
• Experience supporting project governance and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Structured, reliable, and organized way of working.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Very good command of German and English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Support the setup and day-to-day operations of the PMO function across strategic programmes and projects.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, KPI dashboards, and management reports.
• Consolidate and track project information, including milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Organize project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and governance sessions.
• Support project managers and programme leads in administrative and coordination activities.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure information is up to date in Confluence and SharePoint.
• Contribute to improving PMO processes, reporting standards, and project governance practices.
