Jobgether is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal in a fully remote role based in Poland to support a U.S. law firm handling plaintiff-side PI matters. You will manage intake through settlement or litigation, organize medical and insurance records, and coordinate with providers, insurers, and attorneys.

The position offers long-term remote work with availability during U.S. business hours. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of paralegal or attorney experience, 2+ years in US PI work, and

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional paralegal or attorney experience.
• 2+ years in US personal injury paralegal work.
• Experience handling intake through settlement.
• Ability to obtain and organize medical/insurance records and evidence.
• Strong communication with clients, providers, insurers, and attorneys.
• Litigation support: pleadings, discovery, and depositions.
• Proficient with MS Office and cloud tools; AI experience a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Stable employment history with prior roles.
• Advanced experience using AI tools to support workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage plaintiff-side PI cases from intake to settlement or litigation.
• Conduct client intake and collect accident, injuries, medical history details.
• Organize medical records, bills, police and insurance documents.
• Maintain regular client communication on progress and milestones.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, opposing counsel, experts.
• Prepare settlement packages and related documentation.
• Track treatment, liens, damages, and case activity.
• Assist with lien resolution and payoff statements.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, notices, subpoenas, and filings.
• Support deposition, mediation, and trial prep with exhibits and docs.
• Monitor deadlines and court schedules; ensure timely action.
• Submit court filings electronically and maintain CMS.
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive information in a remote setup.
