Sargon Law Group is seeking a personal injury attorney to handle a caseload from intake through demand, litigation, and resolution. You will be the lead lawyer on files, with client contact, liability and damages development, negotiations, and courtroom work when needed.

The role requires active Colorado license with potential expansion to other states; 2+ years of PI experience; English fluency, with Spanish a plus. This is a remote, salary-plus-bonus position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Colorado; multi-state admissions are a plus.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience; plaintiff-side preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and teams; trial readiness.
• Willingness to try cases; first-chair opportunities grow with experience.
• Spanish language Ability is a plus; English fluent.
• Strong understanding of discovery, pleadings, and case strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from intake through demand, litigation, and resolution.
• Develop liability and damages theories; gather evidence and medical wage loss.
• Negotiate with adjusters and defense counsel; know when to file.
• Draft and argue pleadings, disclosures, and motions; take depositions.
• Prepare clients and experts for mediation and trial; support trial teams.
• Supervise paralegals and keep files current; ensure timely settlements.
